Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to an improved process for the preparation of tetrofosmin or acid addition salt thereof. The present invention also relates to the process for the preparation of tetrofosmin disulfosalicylate salt. Further the present invention also provides the polymorphic form J of disulfosalicylate salt of tetrofosmin.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé amélioré de préparation de tétrofosmine ou d'un sel de qualité pharmaceutique de celle-ci. La présente invention concerne également un procédé amélioré pour la préparation de sel de disulfosalicylate de tétrofosmine. La présente invention concerne également la forme polymorphe J du sel de disulfosalicylate de tétrofosmine.
