Abstract:
(EN) A downhole anchor mechanism (110) which can be set on at least two successive standard diameters of casing (232). The tool body has a recess into which a split cone (70) is located. The increased thickness of the split cone (70) provides for a greater thickness of slip (90), giving increased radial travel of the slips 90 when moved axially over the split cone (70). The cone (70) and slips (90) are profiled to provide two ramps/slopes for increased structural integrity and a greater ramp angle to reduce the axial travel of the slips to achieve the increased radial travel. The downhole anchor mechanism (110) provides anchoring of a work string on two standard diameters of casing in a single trip in a wellbore.
(FR) L'invention concerne un mécanisme d'ancrage de fond de trou (110) qui peut être installé sur au moins deux diamètres standard successifs du tubage (232). Le corps d'outil comporte un creux dans lequel est situé un cône fendu (70). L'épaisseur accrue du cône fendu (70) permet une plus grande épaisseur de coin de retenue (90), ce qui augmente le déplacement radial des coins de retenue (90) lorsqu'ils sont déplacés axialement sur le cône fendu (70). Le cône (70) et les coins de retenue (90) sont profilés pour fournir deux rampes/pentes offrant une intégrité structurelle accrue et un angle de rampe supérieur pour réduire le déplacement axial des coins de retenue pour obtenir le déplacement radial accru. Le mécanisme d'ancrage de fond de trou (110) assure l'ancrage d'une colonne de travail sur deux diamètres standard de tubage avec un seul trajet dans un puits de forage.
