Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to an exchanger comprising a first circuit of exhaust gas fluid, a heat-exchange case (1), and an inlet port (2) and an outlet port (3) for coolant, the exchanger being characterised in that a portion of a wall of the heat-exchange case (1) is defined by a surface of a part (5) for connecting to the engine, the connection part (5) including the inlet port (2) and the outlet port (3) for the coolant from the engine. The method comprises the steps of: connecting the connection part (5) to a structure of the case (1); fitting into recesses (7) of the structure of the case (1) plates (8) for assembly with the connection part (5); and applying solder to the edge of the connection part (5).
(FR) L'échangeur de chaleur comprend un premier circuit de fluide de gaz d'échappement, un boîtier (1) d'échangeur de chaleur, et un port (2) d'entrée et un port (3) de sortie pour le liquide de refroidissement, et se caractérise en ce qu'une portion d'une paroi du boîtier (1) d'échangeur de chaleur est définie par une surface d'une pièce (5) de liaison avec le moteur, le port (2) d’entrée et le port (3) de sortie pour le liquide de refroidissement issu du moteur comprenant cette même pièce (5) de liaison. Le procédé comprend les étapes de : liaison de cette pièce (5) de liaison à une structure du boîtier (1), d’inclusion dans des dépressions (7) de la structure du boîtier (1) des plaques (8) d’assemblage avec cette pièce (5) de liaison, et, d’application du soudage au contour de cette pièce (5) de liaison.
(ES) El intercambiador comprende un primer circuito de fluido de gases de escape, una carcasa (1) de intercambio de calor, y un puerto (2) de entrada y un puerto (3) de salida para dicho fluido refrigerante, y se caracteriza por el hecho de que una porción de una pared de dicha carcasa (1) de intercambio de calor está definida por una superficie de una pieza (5) deunión con el motor, incluyendo dicha misma pieza (5) de unión el puerto (2) de entrada y elpuerto (3) de salida para el fluido refrigerante procedente del motor. El método comprendelas etapa de; unir dicha pieza (5) de unión a una estructura de la carcasa (1), encajar enunos rebajes (7) de la estructura de la carcasa (1) unes placas (8) de ensamblaje con dichapieza (5) de unión, y, aplicar soldadura al contorno de dicha pieza (5) de unión.
