Abstract:
(EN) The electromagnetic actuator (10) as actuator of a mechanical feedback unit of a control device for a vehicle component is provided with a stator (12) and a translator (24), which, whilst maintaining a distance from the stator (12), can be moved in translation along a movement axis (36) and which can be moved back and forth between a rest position and at least one end position and preferably one of two end positions, which, relative to the rest position, are arranged in opposite directions along the movement axis (36) starting from the rest position. The actuator (10) also has a guide assembly (40) for guiding the translator (24) in translation as said translator moves, wherein the guide assembly (40) has at least one leaf spring (38), which extends transversely to the movement axis (36) and which has a middle attachment portion (46) and a fixing portion (42) on either side of the attachment portion (46). Either the translator (24) is mechanically coupled to the attachment portion (46) of the leaf spring (38) and the fixing portions (42) thereof are mechanically coupled to the stator (12), or the stator (12) is mechanically coupled to the attachment portion (46) of the leaf spring (38) and the fixing portions (42) thereof are mechanically coupled to the translator (24).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un actionneur électromagnétique (10), sous la forme d'un actionneur d'une unité de rétroaction mécanique d'un dispositif d'actionnement pour un composant de véhicule, comportant un stator (12) et un translateur (24), mobile par translation le long d'un axe de déplacement (36), lequel est mobile en va-et-vient, en maintenant une distance par rapport au stator (12), entre une position de repos et au moins une position extrême, de préférence une des deux positions extrêmes, qui, par rapport à la position de repos, sont disposées dans des directions opposées à partir de ladite position de repos le long de l'axe de déplacement (36). En outre, l'actionneur (10) comporte un dispositif de guidage (40) pour guider par translation le translateur (24) lorsqu'il se déplace, ledit dispositif de guidage (40) comportant au moins un ressort à lame (38) s'étendant transversalement à l'axe de déplacement (36), lequel comporte une section de montage (46) médiane et, des deux côtés de la section de montage (46), une section de fixation (42) respective. En outre, le translateur (24) est couplé mécaniquement à la section de montage (46) du ressort à lame (38) et les sections de fixation (42) dudit translateur sont couplées mécaniquement au stator (12) ou le stator (12) est couplé mécaniquement à la section de montage (46) du ressort à lame (38) et les sections de fixation (42) dudit stator sont couplées mécaniquement au translateur (24).
(DE) Der elektromagnetische Aktuator (10) als Stellglied einer mechanischen Rückmeldeeinheit einer Bedienvorrichtung für eine Fahrzeugkomponente ist versehen mit einem Stator (12) und einem längs einer Bewegungsachse (36) translatorisch bewegbaren Translator (24), der unter Einhaltung eines Abstands zu dem Stator (12) zwischen einer Ruhestellung und mindestens einer Endstellung und vorzugsweise einer von zwei Endstellungen, die bezogen auf die Ruhestellung in entgegengesetzten Richtungen ausgehend von dieser längs der Bewegungsachse (36) angeordnet sind, vor- und zurückbewegbar ist. Ferner weist der Aktuator (10) eine Führungsanordnung (40) zur translatorischen Führung des Translators (24) bei dessen Bewegung auf, wobei die Führungsanordnung (40) mindestens eine sich quer zur Bewegungsachse (36) erstreckende Blattfeder (38) aufweist, die einen mittleren Anbringungsabschnitt (46) und beidseitig des Anbringungsabschnitts (46) jeweils einen Fixierabschnitt (42) aufweist. Entweder ist der Translator (24) mechanisch mit dem Anbringungsabschnitt (46) der Blattfeder (38) und deren Fixierabschnitte (42) mechanisch mit dem Stator (12) oder ist der Stator (12) mechanisch mit dem Anbringungsabschnitt (46) der Blattfeder (38) und deren Fixierabschnitte (42) mechanisch mit dem Translator (24) gekoppelt.
