Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a process for the production of a polyurethanereinforced composite comprising mixing a (A) a Polyisocyanate component comprising di- or Polyisocyanates (a) and (B) a polyol component comprising compounds having at least two groups reactive toward isocyanates (b), catalyst (c) and optionally further additives, to form a reaction mixture, contacting the reaction mixture with the reinforcing material at temperatures of less than 100 °C and curing the reaction mixture at temperatures of more than 100 °C to form a polyurethane reinforced composite, wherein the catalyst (c) comprises microencapsulated polyurethane catalyst which comprises a capsule core, containing polyurethane catalyst, and an acrylic copolymer capsule shell and wherein the average particle size D(0,5) of the microcapsules is 1 to 50 µm. The invention further relates to a polyurethane reinforced composite obtainable by a process according to the invention.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un composite renforcé par du polyuréthane comprenant le mélange (A) d'un composant polyisocyanate comprenant des di-ou polyisocyanates (a) et (B) d'un composant polyol comprenant des composés ayant au moins deux groupes réactifs vis-à-vis des isocyanates (b), un catalyseur (c) et éventuellement d'autres additifs, pour former un mélange réactionnel, la mise en contact du mélange réactionnel avec le matériau de renforcement à des températures inférieures à 100 °C et le durcissement du mélange réactionnel à des températures supérieures à 100 °C pour former un composite renforcé par du polyuréthane, le catalyseur (c) comprenant un catalyseur de polyuréthane microencapsulé qui comprend un noyau de capsule, contenant un catalyseur de polyuréthane, et une enveloppe de capsule de copolymère acrylique et la taille de particule moyenne D(0,5) des microcapsules étant de 1 à 50 µm. L'invention concerne en outre un composite renforcé par du polyuréthane pouvant être obtenu par un procédé selon l'invention.
