The invention relates to a tandem PV cell group (1) having two PV cells (11, 21) of different cell types. A separate power electronic unit (31, 32) is assigned to each of the PV cells in such a manner that a voltage generated in the particular PV cell or the corresponding power yield can be supplied to the assigned power electronic unit. The power electronic units can be operated independently of one another with the aid of a control device (40) in such a manner that each PV subsystem having one of the PV cells in each case and the power electronic unit assigned to the particular PV cell operates at the optimum operating point thereof. For this purpose, the control device can operate in such a manner that, during operation of the power electronic unit of each PV subsystem, a product of the power yield and the cell voltage of the PV cell assigned to the particular power electronic unit is at a maximum.

La présente invention concerne un groupe de cellules PV tandem (1) comprenant deux cellules PV (11, 21) de type différent. À chacune de cellules PV est associée une unité électronique de puissance (31, 32) séparée de sorte qu’une tension produite dans la cellule PC respective ou le rendement en courant correspondant peut être fourni à l’unité électronique de puissance associée. Les unités électroniques de puissance peuvent fonctionner indépendamment l’une de l’autre à l’aide d’un dispositif de réglage (40) de sorte que chaque sous-système PV qui présente respectivement l’une des cellules PV et l’unité électronique de puissance associée à la cellule PV respective, fonctionne à son point de fonctionnement optimal. À cet effet, le dispositif de réglage peut fonctionner de sorte que lors du fonctionnement de l’unité électronique de puissance de chaque sous-système PV, le produit du rendement en courant par la tension de cellule aux bornes de la cellule PV associée à l’unité électronique de puissance respective, prend une valeur maximale.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Tandem-PV-Zellgruppe (1) mit zwei PV-Zellen (11, 21) unterschiedlichen Zelltyps. Jeder der PV-Zellen ist eine separate Leistungselektronikeinheit (31, 32) derart zugeordnet, dass eine in der jeweiligen PV-Zelle generierte Spannung bzw. der entsprechende Stromertrag der zugeordneten Leistungselektronikeinheit zuführbar ist. Die Leistungselektronikeinheiten sind mit Hilfe einer Regeleinrichtung (40) unabhängig voneinander derart betreibbar, dass jedes PV-Subsystem, welches jeweils eine der PV-Zellen und die der jeweiligen PV-Zelle zugeordnete Leistungselektronikeinheit aufweist, an seinem optimalen Arbeitspunkt arbeitet. Hierzu kann die Regeleinrichtung derart arbeiten, dass beim Betreiben der Leistungselektronikeinheit eines jeden PV-Subsystems ein Produkt aus dem Stromertrag und der Zellspannung der der jeweiligen Leistungselektronikeinheit zugeordneten PV-Zelle maximal ist.
