Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a hybrid module (1) for a drive train of a vehicle, comprising an intermediate shaft (2) for torque transmission from an internal combustion engine and/or an electrical machine to a gearbox, said shaft being designed geometrically and in terms of the material thereof such that it can be mounted on a dividing wall (5) by means of two bearings (3, 4), in which a securing element (8) provided on a gearbox side (6) of the dividing wall (5) fixes the axial position of a torque transmission component (9) that can be applied to the intermediate shaft (2) on the motor side of the dividing wall (5). The invention also relates to a drive train for a vehicle, comprising an internal combustion engine, a gearbox, and a hybrid module (1) according to the invention arranged between the internal combustion engine and the gearbox.
(FR) L’invention concerne un module hybride (1), destiné un chaîne cinématique d’un de véhicule, comportant un arbre intermédiaire (2) destiné à transmettre le couple d’un moteur à combustion interne et/ou d’une machine électrique à une boîte de vitesses et conçue géométriquement et par la nature des matériaux de manière à pouvoir être logé par le biais de deux paliers (3, 4) au niveau d’une paroi intermédiaire (5). Un élément de fixation (8), prévu du côté boîte de vitesses (6) de la paroi intermédiaire (8), détermine la position axiale d’un composant de transmission de couple (9) pouvant être monté sur l’arbre intermédiaire (2) du côté moteur de la paroi intermédiaire (5). En outre, l’invention concerne également une chaîne cinématique, destinée à un véhicule, comprenant un moteur à combustion interne, une boîte de vitesses et un module hybride (1) de l’invention disposée entre le moteur à combustion interne et la boîte de vitesses.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Hybridmodul (1) für einen Antriebsstrang eines Fahrzeugs, mit einer zur Drehmomentübertragung von einer Verbrennungskraftmaschine und/oder einer elektrischen Maschine zu einem Getriebe vorbereiteten Zwischenwelle (2), die geometrisch und von der Materialbeschaffenheit so ausgelegt ist, dass sie über zwei Lager (3, 4) an einer Zwischenwand (5) lagerbar ist, wobei ein auf einer Getriebeseite (6) der Zwischenwand (5) vorhandenes Sicherungselement (8) die axiale Position eines auf der Zwischenwelle (2) motorseitig der Zwischenwand (5) anbringbaren Drehmomentübertragungsbauteils (9) festlegt. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung auch einen Antriebsstrang für ein Fahrzeug, mit einer Verbrennungskraftmaschine, einem Getriebe und einem zwischen der Verbrennungskraftmaschine und dem Getriebe angeordneten erfindungsgemäßen Hybridmodul (1).
