Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to the technical field of optical communications. The present invention relates to a dual-rate DML device and module, and a calibration method, and in particular, to a dual-rate DML device and module having a built-in signal calibration circuit, and a calibration method. According to the present invention, the signal calibration circuit is added into the device, a PD is provided ahead by means of a novel beam splitting structure; a control structure for a sequence-divided multi-channel serial signal is utilized to feed back a monitoring signal to an electric driver to adjust drive current; crosstalk between backlight monitors is reduced, and high-quality signal output under 25Gbps and 28Gbps dual modulation frequencies is implemented.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte au domaine technique des communications optiques. La présente invention concerne un dispositif et un module DML à double débit, et un procédé d'étalonnage, et en particulier, un dispositif DML à double débit et un module comportant un circuit d'étalonnage de signal intégré, et un procédé d'étalonnage. Selon la présente invention, le circuit d'étalonnage de signal est ajouté dans le dispositif, un PD est fourni à l'avant au moyen d'une nouvelle structure de division de faisceau; une structure de commande destinée à un signal série multicanal divisé en séquence est utilisée pour renvoyer un signal de surveillance à un dispositif de commande électrique pour régler le courant d'entraînement; la diaphonie entre les moniteurs de rétroéclairage est réduite, et une sortie de signal de haute qualité sous 25 Gbps et 28 Gbps double fréquence de modulation est mise en oeuvre.
(ZH) 本发明涉及一种双速率DML器件、模块及校准方法,属于光通信技术领域,具体涉及一种内置信号校准电路的双速率DML器件、模块及校准方法。本发明在器件内部加入了信号校准电路,通过新型的分光结构实现PD前置,利用分时序多路串行信号的控制结构将监控信号反馈至电驱动器以调整驱动电流,减少了背光监控之间的串扰问题,实现了25Gbps和28Gbps双调制频率下高质量信号的输出。
