Abstract:
(EN) The present invention discloses a triazine compound, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. A novel triazine compound is prepared using 2,2'-dihydroxybiphenyl, phosphorus oxychloride, triethylamine, and melamine as the main raw materials. The compound not only has a carbon source (biphenyl structure), but also an acid source (phosphoric acid structure) and a gas source (melamine). The charring agent thus produced has favorable charring properties, a high thermal decomposition temperature, and good stability, and produces a large amount of carbon residue. The preparation method of the present invention features mild reaction conditions, fewer side reactions, a simple operation flow, a greatly shortened reaction period, and safe and readily available raw materials, and uses water as a reaction medium, avoiding use of organic solvents, simplifying post-treatment processes, and facilitating industrial production. The solvent and mother liquor of the present invention can be recycled and reused, allowing for a simple process operation flow, and avoiding the disadvantages in existing processes of prolonged reaction times and usage of large amounts of organic solvents.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un composé de triazine, son procédé de préparation et une application associée. Selon la présente invention, un nouveau composé de triazine est préparé à l'aide de 2,2'-dihydroxybiphényle, d'oxychlorure de phosphore, de triéthylamine et de mélamine en tant que matières premières principales. Le composé de l'invention présente, non seulement une source de carbone (structure biphényle), mais également une source d'acide (structure d'acide phosphorique) et une source de gaz (mélamine). L'agent de carbonisation obtenu par le procédé de l'invention présente des propriétés de carbonisation favorables, une température de décomposition thermique élevée et une bonne stabilité, et produit une grande quantité de résidus de carbone. Le procédé de préparation de l'invention présente des conditions de réaction modérées, moins de réactions secondaires, un simple flux d'opération, une période de réaction considérablement réduite, et des matières premières sûres et facilement disponibles. Le procédé de préparation de l'invention utilise de l'eau comme milieu de réaction, évitant ainsi l'utilisation de solvants organiques, simplifie les processus de post-traitement, et facilite la production industrielle. Le solvant et la liqueur mère de la présente invention peuvent être recyclés et réutilisés, permettant un simple flux d'opérations de traitement, et évitant les inconvénients des procédés existants tels qu'un temps de réaction prolongé et une utilisation de grandes quantités de solvants organiques.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种三嗪类化合物、制备方法及其应用,以2,2'-二羟基联苯、三氯氧磷、三乙胺、三聚氰胺为主要原料,制得一种新型的三嗪类化合物,它不仅有炭源(联苯结构),而且还有酸源(磷酸结构)和气源(三聚氰胺),该成炭剂成炭性能好,热分解温度高,具有良好的稳定性,残炭量大。本发明的制备方法,反应条件温和,副反应少,操作流程简单,反应周期大大缩短,所用原料安全、易得,以水为反应介质,避免了有机溶剂的使用,简化了后处理过程,便于工业化生产。本发明的溶剂及母液可回收套用,工艺操作流程简单,避免了现有工艺反应时间过长和有机溶剂用量大等缺点。
