Abstract:
Disclosed are a touch control substrate and a driving method, display panel and display device thereof. The disclosed touch control substrate comprises: a substrate; multiple touch control electrode slabs disposed on the substrate and arranged in arrays, and each of the multiple touch control electrode slabs comprise two sub-electrodes, in which each row of touch control electrode slabs comprises two sub-rows of sub-electrodes and the sub-electrodes located in the same sub-row are connected to each other; a resistance detection module for individually inputting a driving signal to the touch control electrode slabs in each of the rows; a first control module for determining a touch control electrode slab in which touch control is occurring according to the time the touch control electrode slabs in each of the rows output the driving signal; a capacitance detection module for individually inputting a capacitance detection signal to the sub-electrodes in each of the sub-rows in a row where the touch control electrode slab in which the touch control is occurring is located; and a second control module for determining a position of a touch control point according to a capacitance feedback signal output by two sub-electrodes corresponding to the touch control electrode slab in which the touch control is occurring. The disclosed touch control substrate has a simple wiring layout, is light and thin, and can be used to realize accurate touch control point detection.
