Abstract:
A self-circulation lubricating cooling system of a vertical vacuum pump, comprising a pump body (100), a rotor shaft (3), bearings (5), and a screw base (20). The rotor shaft (3) is vertically provided in the pump body (100), and both ends of the rotor shaft (3) are borne by the bearings (5) to rotate. A motor stator is fixed on the pump body (100) corresponding to a motor rotor (4). The screw base (20) is located below the rotor shaft (3) to isolate the pump body (100) to form a sealed oil tank below the pump body. The lower end of the rotor shaft (3) penetrates through the screw base (20). An oil inlet (31) is formed in the lower end face of the rotor shaft (3) for communicating with a self-circulation oil path in the rotor shaft (3). A sealed oil drum (9) is fixed at the lower end of the rotor shaft (3). Oil push wheels (10) are arranged at the bottom of the oil drum (9) and are immersed in an oil tank (102) below the pump body (100). The technical problems of discontinuous oil supply, large running noise, high manufacturing cost, and poor stability in a conventional lubrication method are solved.
