Title: METHOD EMPLOYING BIOENGINEERING TECHNIQUE FOR PREPARATION OF FISHING BAIT PRESERVATIVE
Abstract:
A method for preparation of a fishing bait preservative comprises: selecting a stock culture; cooling; preparing and distilling fermented grains; performing inoculation; performing inspection; and packaging. In the method, a combination of strains, including a saccharomyces strain and a lactic acid bacteria strain, and enzymes thereof obtained by optimizing a high quality starter yeast is employed to perform oxygen control and fermentation on a culture medium formed by heating and mashing a mixture of a main material (a high quality starch), supplementary materials (a plant protein and a plant fiber) and water, so as to manually adjust and control activity of an α-amylase, such that components including polysaccharides and hyaluronic acid, which are capable of maintaining the activity of animal and plant tissue cells and of repairing damaged cells, are eventually generated under the simultaneous action of the fungus, the bacteria, the enzymes and a biocatalyst by means of a series of complex biochemical reactions, thereby forming a fishing bait preservative capable of preserving freshness, protecting against decay and enhancing oxidation resistance.
