Abstract:
(EN) The present application relates to a system (10) for installing pairs of solar cables (c1)/(c2) in each respective photovoltaic module or solar panel (PS) which, in conjunction with other identical components, makes up a photovoltaic plant (UF) or similar that is able to produce electrical energy from solar energy, said system (10) for installing pairs of solar cables (c1)/(c2) comprising a set of factory actions and operational on-site actions, i.e. at the installation site of the modules (MF), said set of actions being performed in two basic steps, as follows: step (E1) - factory action to ensure dimensional planning (PD) of the "short" and "long lengths" of the cables (c1)/(c2), as well as the assembly of the cables (c1)/(c2) prepared with connectors (20) in individual packages (30) such as spools, rolls or reels, which are in turn arranged in trolleys that can be pulled mechanically (40A) (by a motor vehicle) or manually (40B) (by an operative), said "black" (c1) and "red" (c2) cables for simultaneous installation of phase and neutral being installed in the same package (30); step (E2) - operational on-site actions for the installation of the solar cables (c1)/(c2) on supports (50) pre-installed on structural profiles (61) of "trackers" (60) associated with the row of solar panels (PS), in this step the solar cables (c1)/(c2) are supplied in individual packages (30) seated in support members (41) provided on any of the trolleys (40A) or (40B).
(FR) L'invention concerne un système d’installation (10) de paires de câbles solaires (c1)/(c2) sur chaque module photovoltaïque ou panneau solaire (PS) respectif, lesquels, conjointement avec d'autres éléments identiques, forment une installation photovoltaïque (UF) ou analogue capable de produire de l’énergie électrique à partir de l’énergie solaire. Ledit système d’installation (10) de paires de câbles solaires (c1)/(c2) fait intervenir un ensemble d’interventions techniques et opérationnelles « in loco ». En d'autres termes, sur le site d’installation des modules (MF), un ensemble d’interventions est réalisé en deux étapes de base, soit : - étape (E1) : opération technique conçue pour la planification dimensionnelle (PD) des « segments long » et « segments courts » des câbles (c1)/(c2), ainsi que le montage des câbles (c1)/(c2) préparés avec des connecteurs (20) en emballages individuels (30) tels que des enrouleurs, des rouleaux ou des bobines, lesquels sont à leur tour disposés sur des chariots conducteurs qui peuvent être tirés mécaniquement (40A) (par un véhicule à moteur) ou manuellement (40B) (par un opérateur) ; lesdits câbles « noir » (c1) et « rouge » (c2) pour installation simultanée de phase et neutre étant installés en un même emballage (30) ; - étape (E2) : opération d’installation « in loco » des câbles solaires (c1)/(c2) sur des supports (50) préalablement installés sur les profilés structuraux (61) de « suiveurs » (60) de la ligne de panneaux solaires (PS) ; dans cette étape, les câbles solaires (c1)/(c2) sont fournis en emballages individuels (30) reçus dans des éléments d'appui (41) prévus dans n’importe lequel des chariots conducteurs (40A) ou (40B).
(PT) Trata-se de sistema de instalação (10) de pares de cabos solares (c1)/(c2) em cada respectivo módulo fotovoltaico ou painel solar (PS) que, em conjunto a outros idênticos, compõe uma usina fotovoltaica (UF) ou similar capaz de produzir energia elétrica a partir de energia solar; dito sistema de instalação (10) de pares de cabos solares (c1)/(c2) é compreendido por conjunto de manobras fabris e operacionais 'in loco', ou seja, no terreno de instalação dos módulos (MF), conjunto de manobras que é realizada em duas etapas básicas, quais sejam: - etapa (E1) - operacional fabril idealizada para o planejamento dimensional (PD) dos 'lances longos' e 'curtos' dos cabos (c1)/(c2), bem como, a montagem dos cabos (c1)/(c2) preparados com conectores (20) em embalagens individuais (30) como carretéis, rolos ou bobinas, por sua vez, dispostos em carrinhos condutores que podem ser tracionados de forma mecânica (40A) (por veículo motor) ou de forma manual (40B) (por operário); ditos cabos 'preto' (c1) e 'vermelho' (c2) para a instalação simultânea de fase e neutro são instaladas numa mesma embalagem (30); - etapa (E2) – operacional de instalação 'in loco' dos cabos solares (c1)/(c2) em suportes (50) previamente instalados nos perfis estruturais (61) de 'trackers' (60) da linha de painéis solares (PS); nesta etapa os cabos solares (c1)/(c2) são fornecidos em embalagens individuais (30) acomodadas em membros de apoio (41) previstos em qualquer dos carrinhos condutores (40A) ou (40B).
