Abstract:
(EN) Polar cyclicsiloxane materials with various functionalities are disclosed. When combined with lithium salts, such materials can be useful as electrolyte materials in lithium battery cells. They may be used alone as electrolytes or as additives in other polymer electrolytes. Various lithium battery cell configurations that can employ such polar cyclicsiloxane materials are also described.
(FR) L'invention concerne des matériaux de siloxane cycliques présentant diverses fonctionnalités. Lorsqu'ils sont combinés à des sels de lithium, de tels matériaux peuvent être utiles en tant que matériaux d'électrolyte dans des cellules de batterie au lithium. Ils peuvent être utilisés seuls comme électrolytes ou comme additifs dans d'autres électrolytes polymères.
