Abstract:
(EN) Systems and methods for volumetrically fabricating 3D objects. The system includes at least a controller (200) operably connected to a build volume (300) and one or more energy sources (400). The build volume defines a volumetric buildable size of the object to be fabricated and includes media for fabricating the object therein. The energy source(s) is configured to emit at least a first and second energy beam therefrom. The controller is configured to direct the first and second emitted energy beams towards an intersecting point in the build volume to begin fabricating the media therein. The energy from each of the first and second beams is not sufficient to fabricate the object out of the media. The object is fabricated once multiple beams intersect, as collectively, the energy of the intersecting beams is sufficient to fabricate the object.
(FR) L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés de fabrication volumétrique d'objets 3D. Le système comprend au moins un dispositif de commande (200) fonctionnellement relié à un volume de construction (300) et une ou plusieurs sources d'énergie (400). Le volume de construction délimite une taille constructible volumétrique de l'objet à fabriquer et comprend des milieux pour fabriquer l'objet dans celui-ci. La(les) source(s) d'énergie est(sont) conçue(s) pour émettre au moins des premier et second faisceaux d'énergie à partir de celle(s)-ci. Le dispositif de commande est conçu pour diriger les premier et second faisceaux d'énergie émis vers un point d'intersection dans le volume de construction pour commencer à fabriquer le milieu dans celui-ci. L'énergie provenant de chacun des premier et second faisceaux n'est pas suffisante pour fabriquer l'objet hors du milieu. L'objet est fabriqué une fois que de multiples faisceaux se croisent, comme collectivement, l'énergie des faisceaux d'intersection est suffisante pour fabriquer l'objet.
