Abstract:
(EN) The present disclosure relates to a system for detection of leakage or abnormal resistance in a ventilation system (1) comprising a breathing apparatus (2) providing mechanical ventilation to a patient (3). The system comprises a bioelectric sensor arrangement (27) for detecting a bioelectric signal indicative of the patient's effort to breathe, and a control computer (15) configured to receive the bioelectric signal detected by the bioelectric sensor arrangement (27). The control computer (15) is further configured to determine a change in the bioelectric signal, and to establish leakage or abnormal resistance in the ventilation system (1) based on the change in the bioelectric signal.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système destiné à détecter une fuite ou une résistance anormale dans un système de ventilation (1) comprenant un appareil respiratoire (2) fournissant une ventilation mécanique à un patient (3). Le système comprend un agencement de capteurs bioélectriques (27) destiné à détecter un signal bioélectrique indiquant un effort du patient pour respirer, et un ordinateur de commande (15) configuré pour recevoir le signal bioélectrique détecté par l'agencement de capteurs bioélectriques (27). L'ordinateur de commande (15) est en outre configuré pour déterminer un changement dans le signal bioélectrique, et pour établir une fuite ou une résistance anormale dans le système de ventilation (1) sur la base du changement dans le signal bioélectrique.
