Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a structure of a guardrail rotating body, which is mounted on a shaft and rotates. This rotating body structure comprises an axial hole pipe rotatably mounted on a vertical shaft, and an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder, which are coaxial. The plastic inner cylinder is connected to a plurality of buffer ribs extending from the pipe, and includes a plurality of first protrusions protruding radially outwards and fitting grooves formed between the first protrusions adjacent to each other. The outer cylinder is integrally formed on the outer side of the inner cylinder, and is a soft outer cylinder including a plurality of second protrusions protruding axially inwards to be tightly inserted into the fitting grooves. According to an embodiment, the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder are configured to be spaced apart via an intermediate layer disposed therebetween, and may be configured to be integrally coupled through an operation of the outer cylinder by an impact from the outside.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une structure d'un corps rotatif de glissière de sécurité qui est montée sur un arbre et qui tourne. Cette structure de corps rotatif comprend un tuyau de trou axial, monté rotatif sur un arbre vertical, un cylindre interne et un cylindre externe, qui sont coaxiaux. Le cylindre interne en plastique est relié à une pluralité de nervures tampon s'étendant à partir du tuyau et comprend une pluralité de premières saillies faisant saillie radialement vers l'extérieur et des rainures d'ajustement formées entre les premières saillies adjacentes les unes aux autres. Le cylindre externe est formé en une seule pièce sur le côté externe du cylindre interne et est un cylindre externe souple qui comprend une pluralité de secondes saillies faisant saillie de façon axiale vers l'intérieur afin d'être étroitement insérées dans les rainures d'ajustement. Selon un mode de réalisation, le cylindre interne et le cylindre externe sont configurés de sorte à être espacés par l'intermédiaire d'une couche intermédiaire disposée entre eux et peuvent être configurés de sorte à être couplés en une seule pièce par le biais d'une opération du cylindre externe par un impact provenant de l'extérieur.
(KO) 본 발명은 축에 장착되어 회전하는 가드레일용 회전체 구조에 관한 것이다. 이 회전체 구조는 수직 축에 회전 가능하게 장착되는 축공 파이프와, 동축의 내통 및 외통으로 구성된다. 상기 플라스틱 내통은 상기 파이프로부터 연장된 다수의 완충 리브로 연결되며, 방사상으로 외향하는 다수의 제1 돌부와, 서로 인접한 상기 제1 돌부 사이에 형성된 끼움홈을 포함한다. 상기 외통은 상기 내통의 외측에 일체로 형성되며, 축 방향으로 내향하여 상기 끼움홈에 밀착 삽입되는 다수의 제2 돌부를 포함하는 연질 외통을 포함한다. 실시예에 따라, 상기 내통과 외통은 중간층을 매개로 이격 구성되며, 외부 충격에 의하여 외통이 동작하여 일체로 결합되도록 구성될 수 있다.
