Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a die cam unit provided with an auxiliary return device and, more particularly, to a die cam unit in which an auxiliary return device is further included in a cam slider and a cam driver to facilitate smooth return movement of the cam slider and thereby operation efficiency can be improved. The present invention is configured to include: a cam base (20) in which a slide part is formed in an installation space provided in a lower portion of a box-shaped body; a cam slider (30) positioned in the space part of the cam base (20), and having a return spring (32) therein and thus reciprocates along the sliding part; and a cam driver (40) having a slide plate (41) mounted on an upper surface thereof so that the cam slider (30) can be moved by guiding a lower slide groove (31) of the cam slider (30), wherein a pressing member (50) having a downwardly bent pressing surface (51) is installed on the bottom surface of the cam slider (30), and an auxiliary return device (60) is further included on a cam driver (40) side surface facing the pressing surface (51), the auxiliary return device (60) coming into contact with the pressing surface (51) as the cam slider (30) moves forward, and thereby becoming compressed to have an elastic restoring force. Also, a position fixing groove (33) is formed in the bottom surface of the cam slider (30), a position fixing protrusion (52) is provided on one surface of the pressing member (50) adhered to the bottom surface of the cam slider (30), an installation hole (42) is formed in the side surface of the cam driver (40) and the auxiliary return device (60) is inserted therein, and a separation preventing piece (43), which prevents the auxiliary return device (60) from being separated, is fixedly installed on an outer wall surface. In addition, the auxiliary return device (60) is achieved by comprising: a housing (61) having a through-hole (61a) formed in one side surface thereof, the housing (61) being open on the other side surface thereof; a pushing member (62) having, on one side thereof, a pushing surface (62a) positioned in the through-hole (61a) of the housing (61), the pushing member (62) being guided and moved along the inner space of the housing (61); a cover (63) for closing the other side surface of the housing (61); and an elastic member (64) positioned between the pushing member (62) and the cover (63).
(FR) La présente invention concerne une unité de came de matrice pourvue d’un dispositif de rappel auxiliaire et, plus particulièrement, une unité de came de matrice dans laquelle un dispositif de rappel auxiliaire est en outre inclus dans une glissière de came et un dispositif d’entraînement de came pour faciliter un mouvement de retour régulier de la glissière de came et l’efficacité de fonctionnement peut ainsi être améliorée. La présente invention est configurée de façon à comprendre : une base de came (20) dans laquelle une partie coulissante est formée dans un espace d’installation disposé dans une partie inférieure d’un corps en forme de boîte ; une glissière de came (30) positionnée dans la partie d’espace de la base de came (20), et comportant un ressort de rappel (32) dans celle-ci de façon à aller et venir le long de la partie coulissante ; et un dispositif d’entraînement de came (40) comportant une plaque coulissante (41) montée sur une surface supérieure de celui-ci de sorte que la glissière de came (30) puisse être déplacée par guidage d’une rainure de coulissement inférieure (31) de la glissière de came (30), un élément de pression (50) comportant une surface de pression courbée vers le bas (51) étant installé sur la surface inférieure de la glissière de came (30), et un dispositif de rappel auxiliaire (60) étant en outre inclus sur une surface latérale du dispositif d’entraînement de came (40) faisant face à la surface de pression (51), le dispositif de rappel auxiliaire (60) venant en contact avec la surface de pression (51) lorsque la glissière de came (30) se déplace vers l’avant, et devenant ainsi comprimé de façon à avoir une force de rappel élastique. En outre, le dispositif de rappel auxiliaire (60) est obtenu en comprenant : un boîtier (61) ayant un trou traversant (61a) formé dans une surface latérale de celui-ci, le boîtier (61) étant ouvert sur l’autre surface latérale de celui-ci ; un élément de poussée (62) ayant, sur un côté de celui-ci, une surface de poussée (62a) positionnée dans le trou traversant (61a) du boîtier (61), l’élément de poussée (62) étant guidé et déplacé le long de l’espace interne du boîtier (61) ; un couvercle (63) pour fermer l’autre surface latérale du boîtier (61) ; et un élément élastique (64) positionné entre l’élément de poussée (62) et le couvercle (63).
(KO) 본 발명은 보조리턴장치를 구비한 금형용 캠 유니트에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 캠 슬라이더와 캠 드라이버에 보조리턴장치를 더 구비시켜, 캠 슬라이더의 복귀 이동이 원활히 이루어지도록 함으로써 작업 효율을 향상시킬 수 있도록 발명된 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은, 박스형의 몸체 하부에 구비된 설치공간에 슬라이드부를 형성한 캠 베이스(20)와; 상기 캠 베이스(20)의 공간부에 위치하며, 내부에 리턴스프링(32)이 구비되어 슬라이드부를 따라 왕복 이동하는 캠 슬라이더(30)와; 캠 슬라이더(30)의 하부 슬라이드홈(31)을 안내하여 캠 슬라이더(30)가 이동될 수 있도록 상부면에 슬라이드판(41)이 장착된 캠 드라이버(40)를 구비하되; 상기 캠 슬라이더(30)의 저면에 하향 절곡된 가압면(51)을 형성한 가압부재(50)가 설치되고, 상기 가압면(51)과 마주하는 캠 드라이버(40)의 측면에 상기 캠 슬라이더(30)의 전진 이동에 따라 가압면(51)과 접촉되면서 복원 탄성력을 갖고 압축되는 보조리턴장치(60)가 더 포함되어 구성된다. 또, 상기 캠 슬라이더(30)의 저면에는 위치고정홈(33)이 형성되고, 상기 캠 슬라이더(30)의 저면과 밀착되는 가압부재(50)의 일면에는 위치고정돌기(52)가 구비되며, 상기 캠 드라이버(40)의 측면에는 설치구멍(42)이 형성되어 보조리턴장치(60)가 삽입 설치되며, 외벽면에 상기 보조리턴장치(60)의 이탈을 방지하는 분리방지편(43)이 고정 설치된다. 그리고, 보조리턴장치(60)는, 일측면에 통과홀(61a)이 형성되고, 타측면은 개방된 하우징(61)과, 상기 하우징(61)의 통과홀(61a)에 위치하는 누름면(62a)이 일측에 형성되고 상기 하우징(61)의 내부공간을 따라 가이드 이동하는 누름부재(62)와, 상기 하우징(61)의 타측면을 폐쇄하는 커버(63)와, 상기 누름부재(62)와 커버(63) 사이에 위치하는 탄성부재(64)로 구성되어 달성한다.
