Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to develop an optical resolution reagent for which quenching does not occur in the analysis of a chiral amino acid. The problem is solved by providing a novel compound for optical resolution that does not cause quenching. The present invention pertains to a novel compound, an optical resolution reagent that includes the novel compound, an optical resolution method that includes a step for reacting the novel compound, and an optical isomer obtained by reacting the novel compound with an amino acid.
