Abstract:
(EN) A polycarbonate resin composition comprising an inorganic filler material (C) that is blended in a polycarbonate resin (S) fulfilling conditions (1) and (2). The polycarbonate resin composition is characterized by the ratio of filler material (C) relative to the total amount of 100% by mass of the polycarbonate resin (S) and the filler material (C) being 0.1%–50% by mass. (1) Includes a polycarbonate–polyorganosiloxane copolymer (A) and an aromatic polycarbonate resin (B) other than the polycarbonate–polyorganosiloxane copolymer (A), said polycarbonate–polyorganosiloxane copolymer (A) including a polycarbonate block (A–1) comprising a specified repeating unit and a polyorganosiloxane block (A–2) including a prescribed repeating unit. (2) Has a structure having therein: a domain (d–1) including the polyorganosiloxane block (A–2), present in a matrix having the aromatic polycarbonate resin (B) as the main component thereof; and a domain (d–2) including at least one selected from a block derived from the aromatic polycarbonate resin (B) and the polycarbonate block (A–1), present inside the domain (d–1).
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition de résine de polycarbonate comprenant un matériau de charge inorganique (C) qui est mélangé dans une résine de polycarbonate (S) satisfaisant les conditions (1) et (2). La composition de résine de polycarbonate est caractérisée par le rapport du matériau de charge (C) par rapport à la quantité totale de 100 % en masse de la résine de polycarbonate (S) et du matériau de charge (C) qui est de 0,1 % à 50 % en masse. (1) comprend un copolymère de polycarbonate-polyorganosiloxane (A) et une résine de polycarbonate aromatique (B) autre que le copolymère de polycarbonate-polyorganosiloxane (A), ledit copolymère de polycarbonate-polyorganosiloxane (A) comprenant une séquence de polycarbonate (A-1) comprenant un motif de répétition spécifié et une séquence de polyorganosiloxane (A-2) comprenant un motif de répétition prescrit. (2) présente une structure ayant à l’intérieur : un domaine (d-1) comprenant la séquence de polyorganosiloxane (A-2), présente dans une matrice ayant la résine de polycarbonate aromatique (B) comme composant principal ; et un domaine (d-2) comprenant au moins l’une sélectionnée parmi une séquence dérivée de la résine de polycarbonate aromatique (B) et la séquence de polycarbonate (A-1), présente à l’intérieur du domaine (d-1).
(JA) 下記要件(1)及び(2)を満たすポリカーボネート系樹脂(S)に対して、無機充填材(C)を配合してなり、前記ポリカーボネート系樹脂(S)及び前記充填材(C)の合計量100質量%に占める前記充填材(C)の割合が0.1質量%以上50質量%以下であることを特徴とする、ポリカーボネート系樹脂組成物: (1)特定の繰り返し単位からなるポリカーボネートブロック(A-1)及び特定の繰り返し単位を含むポリオルガノシロキサンブロック(A-2)を含むポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A)、並びに前記ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A)以外の芳香族ポリカーボネート系樹脂(B)を含む。 (2)前記芳香族ポリカーボネート系樹脂(B)を主成分とするマトリックス中に、前記ポリオルガノシロキサンブロック(A-2)を含むドメイン(d-1)が存在し、前記ドメイン(d-1)の内部に、前記芳香族ポリカーボネート系樹脂(B)に由来するブロックおよび前記ポリカーボネートブロック(A-1)から選ばれる少なくとも1つを含むドメイン(d-2)が存在する構造を有する。
