Abstract:
(EN) A charging apparatus (10) is provided with: a power reception unit (12); a plurality of power output units (14); a power storage unit (16); and a control unit (18). The power storage unit (16) has lithium ion cells (161) that are connected in series and in parallel. The control unit (18) executes control so as to supply power which the power reception unit (12) has received from an AC power source (20) to the lithium ion cells (161), and so as to output the power stored in the lithium ion cells (161) from the power output units (14) to which external power storage devices (22) are connected. Each of the lithium ion cells (161) has one positive electrode that includes a positive electrode active material having an olivine structure, and one negative electrode that includes a negative electrode active material which has a plurality of carbon layers 16121a, 16121b, and 16121c stacked on top of one another and in which the average interlayer distance among the carbon layers is equal to or more than the diameter of a lithium atom.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de charge (10) qui est pourvu : d'une unité de réception d'énergie (12) ; d'une pluralité d'unités de sortie d'énergie (14) ; d'une unité de stockage d'énergie (16) ; d'une unité de commande (18). L'unité de stockage d'énergie (16) comprend des éléments lithium-ion (161) connectés en série et en parallèle. L'unité de commande (18) exécute une commande de manière à fournir l'énergie provenant d'une source d'alimentation CA (20), reçue par l'unité de réception d'énergie (12), aux éléments lithium-ion (161), et à fournir l'énergie stockée dans les éléments lithium-ion (161) par les unités de sortie d'énergie (14) auxquelles sont connectés des dispositifs de stockage d'énergie externes (22).
