Abstract:
(EN) A production method for a useful substance. In this method, yeast that is in a culture solution excretes the useful substance into the culture solution. The yeast is a strain of Saccaromyces, and the culture solution contains a compound (A) that is represented by general formula (1). The compound (A) has an HLB value of 0.1–16 and a number average molecular weight of 200–30,000. The weight ratio of compound (A) is 0.0001–10 weight% with respect to the weight of the culture solution. (1) HO-(A1O)m1-(A2O)m2-(A3O)m3-H. [In general formula (1), A1O, A2O, and A3O each independently represent a C2–4 oxyalkylene group, A1O and A2O having different structural formulas, and A2O and A3O having different structural formulas, and m1, m2, and m3 represent the average number of added moles of A1O, A2O, and A3O and are each independently a number from 1 to 600.]
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une substance utile. Selon le procédé, la levure qui est dans une solution de culture excrète la substance utile dans la solution de culture. La levure est une souche de Saccaromyces, et la solution de culture contient un composé (A) qui est représenté par la formule générale (1).
