Abstract:
(EN) A TFT substrate (106) has: a dielectric substrate (1); a plurality of antenna unit regions (U) that are arranged on the dielectric substrate, and that each have a TFT (10), a patch electrode (15) electrically connected to a drain electrode (7D) of the TFT, an auxiliary capacitance electrode (7C) electrically connected to the drain electrode, and an auxiliary capacitance counter electrode (3C) opposed to the auxiliary capacitance electrode with an insulating layer therebetween; and a plurality of CS bus lines (CL) that are each connected to one of the auxiliary capacitance counter electrodes. Each of the CS bus lines includes at least two conductive layers (3CL, 15CL) that are arranged with an insulating layer therebetween.
