Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an adhesive film having exceptional protective properties with respect to an object to be machined after laser machining. The adhesive film provided according to the present invention comprises a plastic film as a substrate and an adhesive agent layer provided to at least one surface of the substrate. The adhesive film satisfies the following conditions (A)-(D). (A) In a thermal shrinkage test of heating at 120°C for 10 minutes, both the thermal shrinkage rate SMD in a flow direction and the thermal shrinkage rate STD in a width direction are at least -2% and no more than 2%. (B) The high-speed peeling intensity measured at a peeling rate of 30 m/minute is at least 3 N/20 mm and no more than 20 N/20 mm. (C) In a constant load peeling test of applying a load of 30 g for 1 hour, the peeling distance is less than 50 mm. (D) The laser light absorption rate in a wavelength range of 1000-1100 nm is at least 20%.
(FR) L'invention concerne un film adhésif ayant des propriétés de protection exceptionnelles par rapport à un objet à usiner après usinage au laser. Le film adhésif selon la présente invention comprend un film en plastique en tant que substrat et une couche d'agent adhésif disposée sur au moins une surface du substrat. Le film adhésif satisfait aux conditions (A) à (D) suivantes. (A) Dans un essai de retrait thermique par chauffage à 120 °C pendant 10 minutes, le taux de retrait thermique SMD dans une direction d'écoulement et le taux de retrait thermique STD dans une direction de largeur sont au minimum de -2 % et au maximum de 2 %. (B) L'intensité de pelage à grande vitesse mesurée à un taux de pelage de 30 m/minute est au minimum de 3 N/20 mm et au maximum de 20 N/20 mm. (C) Dans un essai de pelage à charge constante consistant à appliquer une charge de 30 g pendant 1 heure, la distance de pelage est inférieure à 50 mm. (D) Le taux d'absorption de lumière laser dans une plage de longueurs d'onde de 1000 à 1100 nm est d'au moins 20 %.
(JA) レーザ加工後の加工対象物の保護性に優れた粘着フィルムを提供する。本発明により提供される粘着フィルムは、基材としてのプラスチックフィルムと、該基材の少なくとも一方の面に設けられた粘着剤層とを備える。上記粘着フィルムは、以下の条件(A)~(D)を満たす。(A)120℃で10分間加熱する熱収縮試験において、流れ方向の熱収縮率SMDおよび幅方向の熱収縮率STDがいずれも-2%以上2%以下である。(B)30m/分の剥離速度で測定される高速剥離強度が3N/20mm以上20N/20mm以下である。(C)30gの荷重を1時間付加する定荷重剥離試験において、剥離距離が50mm未満である。(D)波長1000nm~1100nmの範囲におけるレーザ光吸収率が20%以上である。
