Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are: a method for producing a saccharifying enzyme whereby a saccharifying enzyme suitable for xylooligosaccharide production can be easily produced while preventing a decrease in the degree of saturation of dissolved oxygen in a culture liquid; and a method for oligosaccharide production using the saccharifying enzyme. The method for producing a saccharifying enzyme comprises culturing a fungus belonging to the genus Trichoderma in a medium containing 0.8 w/v% or more, in terms of dry weight, of soybean hulls. The method for oligosaccharide production comprises hydrolyzing a biomass, said biomass containing xylan and cellulose, with the cellulase that is obtained by the aforesaid production method.
(FR) L'invention concerne : un procédé de production d'une enzyme de saccharification selon lequel une enzyme de saccharification appropriée pour la production de xylooligosaccharides peut être facilement produite tout en empêchant une diminution du degré de saturation en oxygène dissous dans un liquide de culture ; et un procédé de production d'oligosaccharides à l'aide de l'enzyme de saccharification. Le procédé de production d'une enzyme de saccharification comprend la culture d'un champignon appartenant au genre Trichoderma dans un milieu contenant au moins 0,8 % en p/v, en termes de poids sec, de pellicules de soja. Le procédé de production d'oligosaccharides comprend l'hydrolyse d'une biomasse, ladite biomasse contenant du xylane et de la cellulose, à l'aide de la cellulase qui est obtenue par le procédé de production susmentionné.
