Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a reverse osmosis treatment device and a reverse osmosis treatment method with which it is possible to continuously perform a reverse osmosis treatment even during washing of piping accompanying the device. A reverse osmosis treatment device (1) is provided with a membrane unit (100) formed by disposing one or a plurality of reverse osmosis membrane modules. A part of a supply channel for supplying treatment water and/or a discharge channel for discharging concentrated water is configured from a plurality of piping (110, 210) disposed in parallel, each of which has an inlet valve (V11, V21) capable of closing an inlet and an outlet valve (V12, V22) capable of closing an outlet, and in which chemical washing piping (120, 220) capable of supplying chemical washing water is connected to an intermediate part. A reverse osmosis treatment method comprises subjecting treatment water to a reverse osmosis treatment using some of the piping, washing the remaining piping, and continuing the reverse osmosis treatment while alternating the piping used in the reverse osmosis treatment and the piping to be washed.
(FR) La présente invention porte sur un dispositif de traitement par osmose inverse et sur un procédé de traitement par osmose inverse avec lesquels il est possible d'effectuer de manière continue un traitement d'osmose inverse même pendant le lavage de la tuyauterie accompagnant le dispositif. Un dispositif de traitement par osmose inverse (1) est pourvu d'une unité de membrane (100) formée en disposant un ou une pluralité de modules de membrane d'osmose inverse. Une partie d'un canal d'alimentation destiné à fournir de l'eau de traitement et/ou un canal d'évacuation destiné à évacuer de l'eau concentrée est configurée à partir d'une pluralité de conduites (110, 210) disposées en parallèle, chacune d'elles ayant une vanne d'admission (V11, V21) pouvant fermer un orifice d'entrée et une vanne de sortie (V12, V22) pouvant fermer un orifice de sortie, et dans lesquelles une tuyauterie de lavage chimique (120, 220) pouvant fournir de l'eau de lavage chimique est raccordée à une partie intermédiaire. Un procédé de traitement par osmose inverse consiste à soumettre l'eau de traitement à un traitement par osmose inverse à l'aide d'une partie de la tuyauterie, à laver la tuyauterie restante et à poursuivre le traitement par osmose inverse tout en alternant la tuyauterie utilisée dans le traitement par osmose inverse et la tuyauterie à laver.
(JA) 本発明は、装置に付随する配管の洗浄時においても逆浸透処理を継続することが可能な逆浸透処理装置及び逆浸透処理方法を提供するものである。逆浸透処理装置(1)は、逆浸透膜モジュールが1個又は複数配置されてなる膜ユニット(100)を備え、被処理水を供給するための供給路、及び、濃縮水を排出するための排出路のうち、少なくとも一方の一部は、複数並列に配置された配管(110,210)によって構成され、それぞれは、入口を閉止可能な入口バルブ(V11,V21)と、出口を閉止可能な出口バルブ(V12,V22)とを有すると共に、中間部に、薬洗水を供給可能な薬洗用配管(120,220)が接続しているものである。逆浸透処理方法は、一部の配管を使用して被処理水を逆浸透処理し、残部の配管を洗浄し、逆浸透処理に使用する配管と洗浄する配管とを入れ替えながら逆浸透処理を続けるものである。
