Abstract:
Provided is a roller gear cam mechanism with which power transmission efficiency can be improved. This roller gear cam mechanism 101 is equipped with a cam 301 and a rotating member 102 along the outer circumferential direction of which multiple bearings 201 are arranged. The bearings 201 are equipped with a shaft member 205 and an outer ring portion 202 capable of rotating around the shaft member 205. In a cross section of the outer ring portion 202 that includes the center axis line 203 of the outer ring portion 202, the outer circumferential surface 204 of the outer ring portion 202 has an arc shape, and in a cross section of the cam 301 that includes the cam axis line 302, a contact portion of a cam rib 303 making contact with the outer circumferential surface 204 of the outer ring portion 202 has an arc shape. The arc shape of the outer ring portion 202 is formed so as to conform to the arc shape of the cam rib 303. The radius of curvature of the arc shape of the outer ring portion 202 and the radius of curvature of the arc shape of the cam rib 303 are determined in association with each other.
