Abstract:
(EN) A charge is supplied cyclically to a detection electrode Y so that a first AC voltage V1 occurs in the detection electrode Y, and a detection signal S that corresponds to the charge is generated. Second AC voltages V2 having equivalent frequency and phase to the first AC voltage V1 are applied to each of a plurality of drive electrodes X. An amplitude pattern that is a combination of the amplitudes of the second AC voltages V2 applied to each of the plurality of drive electrodes X is switched on the basis of the sequence of a preset amplitude pattern. The second AC voltages V2 having the same amplitude VD are applied to the remaining drive electrodes X, excepting one drive electrode X, in each amplitude pattern constituting the sequence of the amplitude pattern, and a second AC voltage V2 having an amplitude VH differing from that of the other drive electrodes X is applied to the one drive electrode X.
(FR) Une charge est fournie cycliquement à une électrode de détection Y de telle sorte qu'une première tension alternative V1 se produit dans l'électrode de détection Y, et un signal de détection S qui correspond à la charge est généré. Des secondes tensions alternatives V2 ayant une fréquence et une phase équivalentes à la première tension alternative V1 sont appliquées à chacune d'une pluralité d'électrodes d'excitation X.
