Abstract:
(EN) A DC-DC converter has a first full-bridge circuit (10) and a second full-bridge circuit (20) which are isolated by a transformer (T1). The first full-bridge circuit (10) has switching elements (Q1-Q8), a first floating capacitor (Cf1), and a second floating capacitor (Cf2). The first full-bridge circuit (10) operates in at least either a full-bridge operation mode or a half-bridge operation mode. When the operation modes are switched, the switching phase of the first full-bridge circuit (10) is divided and shifted two times within one cycle of a driving frequency, and a phase shift amount is set so that the output voltage of the first full-bridge circuit is balanced between positive and negative before and after switching of the operation modes.
(FR) Un convertisseur continu-continu a un premier circuit en pont complet (10) et un second circuit en pont complet (20) qui sont isolés par un transformateur (T1). Le premier circuit en pont complet (10) a des éléments de commutation (Q1-Q8), un premier condensateur flottant (Cf1) et un second condensateur flottant (Cf2). Le premier circuit en pont complet (10) fonctionne soit dans un mode de fonctionnement de pont complet, soit dans un mode de fonctionnement de demi-pont. Lorsque les modes de fonctionnement sont commutés, la phase de commutation du premier circuit en pont complet (10) est divisée et déplacée deux fois à l’intérieur d’un cycle d’une fréquence de commande, et une quantité de déphasage est réglée de sorte que la tension de sortie du premier circuit en pont complet est équilibrée entre positive et négative avant et après une commutation des modes de fonctionnement.
(JA) トランス(T1)により絶縁された、第1フルブリッジ回路(10)および第2フルブリッジ回路(20)を有する。第1フルブリッジ回路(10)は、スイッチング素子(Q1~Q8)、第1フローティングキャパシタ(Cf1)および第2フローティングキャパシタ(Cf2)を有する。第1フルブリッジ回路(10)は、フルブリッジ動作モード、ハーフブリッジ動作モードの少なくとも一方で動作する。そして、動作モードの切替時に、駆動周波数の1周期内に2回に分けて、第1フルブリッジ回路(10)のスイッチング位相をシフトさせるとともに、動作モードが切り替わる前後で第1フルブリッジ回路の出力電圧が正負で平衡するように、位相のシフト量を定める。
