Abstract:
In the present invention, a direction detection unit (31) comprises a magnetic sensor that is capable of detecting the movement direction of an electronic key (2). A movement variation amount detection unit (32) comprises an acceleration sensor that is capable of detecting the movement variation amount (movement speed) of the electronic key (2). A position calculation unit (38) determines the position (movement path) of the electronic key (2) in relation to a vehicle (1) by repeatedly and periodically calculating a vector having a direction and length corresponding to the movement direction and movement speed of the electronic key (2) on the basis of the detection results of the direction detection unit (31) and the movement variation amount detection unit (32).
