Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a mold releasing film that contains at least a binder resin and a silicone-based resin as a mold releasing layer of the mold releasing film for manufacturing a ceramic green sheet, that has high smoothness achieved by suppression of a worsening of surface roughness due to coagulation of the above components during drying, and that has excellent releasability, and a method for manufacturing the mold releasing film. [Solution] A mold releasing film for manufacturing a ceramic green sheet comprises: a polyester film as a base material, the base material having a surface layer A not substantially containing particles on at least one side thereof; and a mold releasing layer having a film thickness of 0.2 μm or less laminated on a surface of the surface layer A on at least the one side directly or with the interposition of another layer, the mold releasing film characterized in that the mold releasing layer contains a binder component and a silicone-based mold releasing agent, and that a surface of the mold releasing layer has a maximum protrusion height (P) of 50 nm or less and an arithmetic average roughness (Sa) of 1.5 nm or less.
(FR) L’invention fournit un film de démoulage qui contient au moins une résine de liant et une résine à base de silicone en tant que couche de démoulage d’un film de démoulage pour fabrication de feuille crue de céramique, dont une détérioration de sa rugosité superficielle par agglomération lors du séchage desdits composants est inhibée, qui possède une régularité élevée, et qui est doté d’excellentes propriétés de pelage. L’invention fournit également un procédé de fabrication de film de démoulage. Le film de démoulage pour fabrication de feuille crue de céramique de l’invention a un film polyester pour matériau de base, ledit matériau de base possédant sur au moins une face une couche superficielle (A) ne comprenant pas de manière pratique de particules, et est tel qu’une couche de démoulage d’épaisseur inférieure ou égale à 0,2μm est stratifiée directement ou avec une autre couche pour intermédiaire sur la surface de la couche superficielle (A) sur au moins une face. Ce film de démoulage est caractéristique en ce qu’il comprend un composant liant et un agent de démoulage à base de silicone, dans la couche de démoulage, et présente une hauteur maximale de saillie (P) à la surface de la couche de démoulage inférieure ou égale à 50nm, et une rugosité moyenne arithmétique (Sa) inférieure ou égale à 1,5nm.
(JA) 【課題】セラミックグリーンシート製造用離型フィルムの離型層として少なくともバインダー樹脂とシリコーン系樹脂を含むものとし、上記成分の乾燥時の凝集による表面粗さの悪化を抑制し高い平滑性を有し、かつ剥離性に優れた離型フィルムおよび該離型フィルムの製造方法を提供しようとするものである。 【解決手段】ポリエステルフィルムを基材とし、前記基材が少なくとも片面に粒子を実質的に含有していない表面層Aを有し、少なくとも片面の表面層Aの表面上に直接又は他の層を介して膜厚が0.2μm以下の離型層が積層されている離型フィルムであって、離型層にバインダー成分とシリコーン系離型剤を含有し、離型層表面の最大突起高さ(P)が50nm以下かつ算術平均粗さ(Sa)が1.5nm以下であることを特徴とするセラミックグリーンシート製造用離型フィルム。
