Abstract:
(EN) A solar battery module (200) comprises a solar battery string in which a plurality of solar batteries (101, 102, 103) are connected via wiring material (83, 84). The solar battery (101) includes: an opto-electric conversion part (50); a light-receiving surface electrode (70) disposed on a light-receiving surface of the opto-electric conversion part; and a metal film (5) arranged on the back face of the opto-electric conversion part. The metal film has a plurality of openings along the extension direction of the wiring material, in the area of connection to the wiring material. The wiring material is connected through an adhesive layer (89) to the metal film and to the opto-electric conversion part exposed from the openings of the metal film or the electrode fixed to the top of the opto-electric conversion part. There is a non-bonded part (59) between the metal film and the opto-electric conversion part.
(FR) L'invention concerne un module de batterie solaire (200) comprenant une chaine de batteries solaires dans laquelle une pluralité de batteries solaires (101, 102, 103) sont connectées par l'intermédiaire d'un matériau de câblage (83, 84).
