Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to achieve both high viscosity of dam material and low viscosity of fill material and make adhesion between members satisfactory even when a resin composition having the same components is used as the dam material and the fill material. The present manufacturing method comprises: a step (A) of forming a coated region 7 of a second resin composition 8 on a surface of a first member using a first resin composition; a step (B) of coating the coated region 7 with the second resin composition 8; a step (C) of bonding the first member and a second member together via the second resin composition 8 and filling the coated region 7 with the second resin composition 8; and a step (D) of irradiating light onto the second resin composition 8 to form a cured resin layer 1. The step (C) includes heating the second resin composition 8. The second resin composition 8 contains a monofunctional monomer having a heating residue of 95% or more after having been heated at 60°C for 30 minutes. The second resin composition 8 has a heating residue of 95% or more after having been heated at 80°C for three hours.
(FR) Le but de la présente invention est d'obtenir à la fois une viscosité élevée de matériau de barrage et une faible viscosité de matériau de remplissage et de rendre l'adhérence entre des éléments satisfaisante même lorsqu'une composition de résine ayant les mêmes composants est utilisée en tant que matériau de barrage et matériau de remplissage. Le présent procédé de fabrication comprend : une étape (A) consistant à former une région revêtue (7) d'une seconde composition de résine (8) sur une surface d'un premier élément à l'aide d'une première composition de résine ; une étape (B) consistant à revêtir la région revêtue (7) avec la seconde composition de résine (8) ; une étape (C) consistant à coller le premier élément et un second élément ensemble par l'intermédiaire de la seconde composition de résine (8) et à remplir la région revêtue (7) avec la seconde composition de résine (8) ; et une étape (D) consistant à irradier de la lumière sur la seconde composition de résine (8) pour former une couche de résine durcie (1). L'étape (C) comprend le chauffage de la seconde composition de résine (8). La seconde composition de résine (8) contient un monomère monofonctionnel ayant un résidu de chauffage supérieur ou égal à 95 % après avoir été chauffé à 60 °C pendant 30 minutes. La seconde composition de résine (8) présente un résidu de chauffage supérieur ou égal à 95 % après avoir été chauffé à 80 °C pendant trois heures.
