Title: HUSKING ROLL ABNORMALITY DETERMINATION DEVICE FOR RICE-HULLING MACHINE, AND RICE-HULLING MACHINE USING SAID DEVICE
Abstract:
Provided is a husking roll abnormality determination device for a rice-hulling machine that deems there to be an abnormality in only a husking roll in which centrifugal whirling occurs even after a prescribed time elapses following the start of a rice-hulling operation. A rice-hulling machine, in which respective husking rolls are mounted on a main shaft and a countershaft capable of moving toward and away from the main shaft, is characterized in that a vibration sensor for detecting vibration occurring due to the husking action of the pair of husking rolls is provided to at least one bearing part of the main shaft and the countershaft, and the rice-hulling machine is provided with an abnormality determination means, with which the husking rolls are determined to be abnormal when the vibration sensor continuously senses vibration of a set intensity or greater until the elapse of a time corresponding to a time period beginning at the start of the husking action and ending when the surfaces of the husking rolls cease to be distorted.
