The height of an outer edge of the steel chafer 21 on the outer side of the bead filler 12 in the tire width direction is 0.5-0.7 times the height of a rim flange. The heights of outer edges of the sub-chafers 22, 23 on the outer side of the bead filler in the tire width direction is 0.7-0.9 times the height of the rim flange. The winding height of the carcass layer 13 is 2.5-4.5 times the height of the rim flange.
