Abstract:
(EN) A sliding member according to the present invention has a surface-treated layer on a metal substrate surface, and the surface-treated layer is provided with an electrogalvanized layer 2, a chemical-conversion-treated layer 3 and a topcoat 4 layer in this order from the metal substrate side, and the chemical-conversion-treated layer contains chromium and oxygen. Also, the sliding member is characterized in that the topcoat layer contains at least one type of substance selected from a group consisting of a silica compound, an acrylic resin, a polyurethane resin, an epoxy resin, a phenol resin, and a melamine resin. In addition, a method for manufacturing the sliding member according to the present invention is characterized by being provided with a step for forming, on a surface of the chemical-conversion-treated layer 3, the topcoat layer containing at least one type of substance selected from a group consisting of a silica compound, an acrylic resin, a polyurethane resin, an epoxy resin, a phenol resin, and a melamine resin.
(FR) L'invention concerne un élément coulissant ayant une couche traitée en surface sur une surface de substrat métallique, et la couche traitée en surface étant pourvue d'une couche électrozinguée 2, une couche traitée par conversion chimique 3 et une couche de couche de finition 4 dans cet ordre à partir du côté substrat métallique, et la couche traitée par conversion chimique contenant du chrome et de l'oxygène. En outre, l'élément coulissant est caractérisé en ce que la couche de couche de finition contient au moins un type de substance choisie dans un groupe constitué d'un composé de silice, d'une résine acrylique, d'une résine de polyuréthane, d'une résine époxy, d'une résine phénolique et d'une résine de mélamine. De plus, un procédé de fabrication de l'élément coulissant selon la présente invention est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une étape consistant à former, sur une surface de la couche traitée par conversion chimique 3, la couche de couche de finition contenant au moins un type de substance choisie dans un groupe constitué d'un composé de silice, d'une résine acrylique, d'une résine de polyuréthane, d'une résine époxy, d'une résine phénolique et d'une résine de mélamine.
(JA) 本発明の摺動部材は、金属基材表面に表面処理層を有し、上記表面処理層が、金属基材側から順に電気亜鉛めっき層2、化成処理層3、トップコート4層を備え、上記化成処理層がクロム及び酸素を含有する。そして、上記トップコート層が、シリカ化合物、アクリル樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、フェノール樹脂、メラミン樹脂から成る群より選ばれた少なくとも一種を含むものであることを特徴とする。 また、本発明の摺動部材の製造方法は、上記化成処理層3の表面にシリカ化合物、アクリル樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、フェノール樹脂、メラミン樹脂から成る群より選ばれた少なくとも一種を含むトップコート層を形成する工程を備えることを特徴とする。
