Abstract:
A solid-state laser system according to the present disclosure comprises: a first solid-state laser device for outputting first pulse laser light with a first wavelength; a second solid-state laser device for outputting second pulse laser light with a second wavelength; a first nonlinear crystal, which is arranged on a first optical path along which the first pulse laser light and the second pulse laser light travel, for converting the wavelengths of the first pulse laser light and the second pulse laser light into a third pulse laser light with a third wavelength via a sum frequency generation process and outputting the third pulse laser light; and a second nonlinear crystal, which is arranged on a second optical path along which the second pulse laser light and the third pulse laser light travel, for converting the wavelengths of the second pulse laser light and the third pulse laser light into a fourth pulse laser light with a fourth wavelength via a sum frequency generation process and outputting the fourth pulse laser light. The second pulse laser light is caused to enter the second nonlinear crystal at a first timing before the second pulse laser light is incident on the first nonlinear crystal, and the portion of the second pulse laser light that is unused in the sum frequency generation process and passes through the second nonlinear crystal is caused to enter the first nonlinear crystal at a second timing after the first timing.
