Abstract:
(EN) According to the present invention, an optical axis adjustment gap provided between an extension and a lamp unit is eliminated in order to adjust the optical axis of a headlight. The gap between the periphery of a lamp unit (7) and an extension (6) is eliminated by housing the extension (6) and the lamp unit (7) in a housing (3), connecting the periphery of the lamp unit (7) to the extension (6), and fixing the lamp unit (7) to the extension (6). The extension (6) is coupled to the housing (3) via an optical axis adjustment mechanism (5), and the optical axis is adjusted by the optical axis adjustment mechanism (5) when the extension (6) is tilted integrally with the lamp unit (7). Thus, the optical axis can be adjusted even without having a conventional axis adjustment gap, and the appearance of the headlight is improved.
(FR) Selon la présente invention, un espace de réglage d'axe optique prévu entre une extension et une unité de lampe est supprimée afin d'ajuster l'axe optique d'un phare. L'espace entre la périphérie d'une unité de lampe (7) et une extension (6) est éliminé en logeant l'extension (6) et l'unité de lampe (7) dans un boîtier (3), en reliant la périphérie de l'unité de lampe (7) à l'extension (6) et en fixant l'unité de lampe (7) à l'extension (6). L'extension (6) est couplée au boîtier (3) par l'intermédiaire d'un mécanisme de réglage d'axe optique (5), et l'axe optique est ajusté par le mécanisme de réglage d'axe optique (5) lorsque l'extension (6) est inclinée d'un seul tenant avec l'unité de lampe (7). Ainsi, l'axe optique peut être ajusté même sans avoir un espace de réglage d'axe classique, et l'aspect du phare est amélioré.
(JA) ヘッドライトの光軸調整をするため、エクステンションとランプユニットとの間に設けられていた光軸調整用間隙を無くす。ハウジング(3)にエクステンション(6)とランプユニット(7)を収容し、ランプユニット(7)の周囲をエクステンション(6)と結合させ、ランプユニット(7)をエクステンション(6)に固定して、ランプユニット(7)の周囲とエクステンション(6)の間の間隙を無くす。エクステンション(6)は光軸調整機構(5)を介してハウジング(3)へ連結され、光軸調整機構(5)により、エクステンション(6)をランプユニット(7)と一体に傾けると光軸が調整される。このため、従来の軸調整用間隙が無くても光軸調整可能になり、ヘッドライトの見栄えが向上する。
