Abstract:
(EN) An electromechanical auxiliary equipment for the lifting and guided displacement of loads comprising a ceiling (24) equipped with at least one surface (29) with a flat shape made of ferromagnetic material and a movable motorised platform (21) kept in proximity to said ceiling (24) thanks to a magnetic force of attraction exercised by magnets (28) placed on the upper face (25) of said platform (21) facing towards said ferromagnetic ceiling (24) wherein the mechanical contact between said ceiling (24) and said movable platform (21) is obtained through rotating members (32, 33), some of which (32) are motorised, adapted to contrast said magnetic force of attraction and to allow at the same time the relative sliding of said platform with respect to said ceiling, said equipment comprising at least one gripping element (62) for a load (22) to be transported in a suspended condition and at least one mechanical connection apparatus (23) with controlled activation between said gripping element (62) and said movable platform (21), wherein said connection apparatus (23) comprises means (34, 35) for detecting the weight of said load and means (42, 43) for detecting the direction imparted on said load transferred to said means (34, 25, 42, 43) through said connection apparatus (23), for determining the direction of the platform (21) and the traction of said connection apparatus (23) through a centralised control system.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un équipement auxiliaire électromécanique permettant le levage et le déplacement guidé de charges comprenant un plafond (24) équipé d'au moins une surface (29) de forme plate en matériau ferromagnétique et une plate-forme motorisée mobile (21) maintenue à proximité dudit plafond (24) grâce à une force d'attraction magnétique exercée par des aimants (28) placés sur la face supérieure (25) de ladite plate-forme (21) tournée vers ledit plafond ferromagnétique (24). Le contact mécanique entre ledit plafond (24) et ladite plate-forme mobile (21) est obtenu par l'intermédiaire d'éléments rotatifs (32, 33), dont certains (32) sont motorisés, conçus pour contraster ladite force d'attraction magnétique et permettre en même temps le coulissement relatif de ladite plate-forme par rapport audit plafond, ledit équipement comprenant au moins un élément de préhension (62) permettant le transport d'une charge (22) dans une condition suspendue et au moins un appareil de raccordement mécanique (23) présentant une activation commandée entre ledit élément de préhension (62) et ladite plateforme mobile (21), ledit appareil de raccordement (23) comprenant des moyens (34, 35) permettant la détection du poids de ladite charge et desdits moyens (42, 43) permettant la détection de la direction conférée à ladite charge transférée auxdits moyens (34, 25, 42, 43) par l'intermédiaire dudit appareil de raccordement (23), permettant la détermination de la direction de la plate-forme (21) et de la traction dudit appareil de raccordement (23) par l'intermédiaire d'un système de commande centralisé.
