Abstract:
(EN) It is provided a line manufacturing control apparatus, method, and computer program for controlling at least a part of a manufacturing line. The apparatus comprises an activity obtaining unit configured to obtain information indicating an activity of a worker during execution of an operation, by the worker, in the manufacturing line; a first estimation unit configured to estimate emotion and cognition of the worker using first learning data; a second estimation unit configured to estimate performance of the worker using second learning data; and a controller configured to control a functioning of the at least a part of the manufacturing line based on an estimation result of performance of the worker in the operation obtained by the second estimation unit. Apparatuses, methods and programs are also disclosed for providing driving assistance and health care support. The state of a worker is constantly determined accurately and objectively, and an accurate worker performance is estimated and thus obtained. Vital sign measurement data and motion measurement data obtained from workers WK1, WK2, and WK3 during operation are used as primary indicators. The primary indicators and learning data generated separately are used to estimate the emotion and the cognition of each worker. The estimated emotion and cognition are used as secondary indicators. The secondary indicators and relational expressions generated separately are used to estimate the productivity of each worker. The estimated performance can be used to control a manufacturing line.
(FR) L'invention concerne un appareil de commande de fabrication de ligne, un procédé et un programme informatique pour commander au moins une partie d'une ligne de fabrication. L'appareil comprend une unité d'obtention d'activité configurée pour obtenir des informations indiquant une activité d'un travailleur pendant l'exécution d'une opération, par le travailleur, dans la ligne de fabrication ; une première unité d'estimation configurée pour estimer l'émotion et la cognition du travailleur à l'aide de premières données d'apprentissage; une seconde unité d'estimation configurée pour estimer les performances du travailleur à l'aide de secondes données d'apprentissage ; et un dispositif de commande configuré pour commander un fonctionnement de la ou des parties de la ligne de fabrication sur la base d'un résultat d'estimation de la performance du travailleur dans l'opération obtenue par la seconde unité d'estimation. L'invention concerne également des appareils, des procédés et des programmes pour fournir une aide à la conduite et un support de soins de santé. L'état d'un travailleur est constamment déterminé de manière précise et objective, et une performance de travailleur précise est estimée et ainsi obtenue. Des données de mesure de signes vitaux et des données de mesure de mouvement obtenues à partir de travailleurs WK1, WK2 et WK3 pendant l'opération sont utilisées comme indicateurs primaires.
