Abstract:
(EN) Methods of manufacturing probes for high temperature environments and corresponding probes are disclosed. In one arrangement, an elongate stem body (2) having a longitudinal lumen filled with a first insulating powder and a plurality of stem leads (6) running longitudinally through the first insulating powder from a proximal end of the stem body to a distal end of the stem body are provided. Electrical connections between sensor leads (36) from a sensor (12) and the stems leads are formed. A volume (14) through which the sensor leads pass is filled with a second insulating powder and the second insulating powder is sealed within a tip housing (30).
(FR) L'invention concerne des procédés de fabrication de sondes pour des environnements à haute température et des sondes correspondantes. Un agencement selon l'invention fait appel à un corps de tige allongé (2) comportant une lumière longitudinale remplie d'une première poudre isolante, et à une pluralité de conducteurs (6) de tige s'étendant longitudinalement à travers la première poudre isolante d'une extrémité proximale du corps de tige à une extrémité distale du corps de tige. Des connexions électriques sont établies entre des conducteurs (36) de capteur provenant d'un capteur (12) et les conducteurs de tige. Un volume (14) à travers lequel passent les conducteurs de capteur est rempli d'une seconde poudre isolante et la seconde poudre isolante est scellée à l'intérieur d'un boîtier de pointe (30).
