(FR) PROCÉDÉ DE PRÉPARATION D'UNE ÉLECTRODE COMPRENANT UN SUPPORT EN ALUMINIUM, DES NANOTUBES DE CARBONE ALIGNÉS ET UN POLYMÈRE ORGANIQUE ÉLECTRO-CONDUCTEUR, LADITE ÉLECTRODE ET SES UTILISATIONS
Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for the preparation of an electrode comprising a substratemade of an aluminium-based material, vertically aligned carbon nanotubes and an electrically conductive polymer matrix, the method comprising the following successive steps: (a) synthesising, on a substrate made of an aluminium-based material, a mat of vertically aligned carbon nanotubes according to the technique of chemical vapour deposition (CVD) at a temperature less than or equal to 650°C; (b) electrochemically depositing the polymer matrix on said carbon nanotubes from an electrolyte solution comprising at least one precursor monomer of the matrix, at least one ionic liquid and at least one protic or aprotic solvent. The present invention also relates to the electrode thus prepared and a device for storing and returning electricity such as a supercapacitor comprising the electrode.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé pour la préparation d'une électrode comprenant un support en un matériau à base d'aluminium, des nanotubes de carbone verticalement alignés et une matrice polymère conductrice de l'électricité, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes successives suivantes : (a) synthétiser, sur un support en un matériau à base d'aluminium, un tapis de nanotubes de carbone verticalement alignés selon la technique de dépôt chimique en phase vapeur (ou CVD pour « Chemical Vapor Déposition ») à une température inférieure ou égale à 650°C; (b) déposer électrochimiquement ladite matrice polymère sur lesdits nanotubes de carbone à partir d'une solution électrolytique comprenant au moins un monomère précurseur de ladite matrice, au moins un liquide ionique et au moins un solvant protique ou aprotique. La présente invention concerne également l'électrode ainsi préparée et un dispositif de stockage et de restitution de l'électricité tel qu'un supercondensateur comprenant ladite électrode.
