Abstract:
(EN) A system for supervising operation of at least one machine of an industrial installation or for supervising such operation and actuating the at least one machine based on such supervision, is disclosed. The system comprises a network comprising a server and a plurality of devices forming a computing cluster. At least some devices of the plurality of devices are connectable to a machine of the industrial installation. Each device of the at least some devices comprises: a first processor configured to compute in real-time, with data acquirable from the machine to which the device is connectable, a first processing task for solving a first query; and a second processor configured to share its processing power with the network, and to compute, when assigned by the server, at least one thread of a second processing task for solving a second query. The server is configured to: control the computing cluster; partition the second processing task into a plurality of threads; and assign one or more threads of the plurality of threads to the second processor of at least some devices of the plurality of devices. A device for supervising operation of at least one machine of an industrial installation is also disclosed. An industrial installation is also disclosed, comprising: a plurality of machines; and a network for supervising operation of at least one machine of the plurality of machines or for supervising and actuating the at least one machine, the network comprising a server and a plurality of devices forming a computing cluster.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de supervision du fonctionnement d'au moins une machine d'une installation industrielle ou de supervision d'un tel fonctionnement et d'actionnement de ladite machine sur la base de cette supervision. Le système comprend un réseau comprenant un serveur et une pluralité de dispositifs formant un groupe informatique. Au moins certains dispositifs parmi la pluralité de dispositifs peuvent être connectés à une machine de l'installation industrielle. Chaque dispositif parmi lesdits certains dispositifs comprend : un premier processeur configuré pour calculer en temps réel, avec des données pouvant être acquises à partir de la machine à laquelle le dispositif peut être connecté, une première tâche de traitement pour résoudre une première interrogation ; et un second processeur configuré pour partager sa puissance de traitement avec le réseau, et pour calculer, lors d'une attribution par le serveur, au moins un fil d'une seconde tâche de traitement pour résoudre une seconde interrogation. L'invention concerne également un dispositif de supervision du fonctionnement d'au moins une machine d'une installation industrielle. L'invention concerne également une installation industrielle, comprenant : une pluralité de machines ; et un réseau permettant de superviser le fonctionnement d'au moins une machine parmi la pluralité de machines ou de superviser et d'actionner ladite ou lesdites machines, le réseau comprenant un serveur et une pluralité de dispositifs formant un groupe informatique.
