Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a transport and loading and unloading system using driverless accumulating conveyors (1) with their own motor-driven drive, which travel to the individual loading and unloading sites, either by guiding systems, by remote control or by programming, where they collaborate with robots and/or other conveyors. The driverless accumulating conveyor has flexible intermediate links that are either passive, i.e. they do not have their own motor-driven drive, or they are motor-driven. The invention also relates to an advantageous method for transporting and loading and unloading components in car body manufacture in the automotive industry.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de transport ainsi que de chargement et de déchargement utilisant des convoyeurs d'accumulation (1) sans conducteur, présentant un entraînement à moteur propre, qui se déplacent via des systèmes de guidage, par commande à distance ou également de manière programmable vers les différents sites de chargement et de déchargement pour interagir au niveau de ceux-ci avec des robots et/ou d'autres convoyeurs. Les convoyeurs d'accumulation sans conducteur présentent des moyens de traction flexibles, qui sont soit passifs, c'est-à-dire qui ne présentent pas d'entraînement à moteur propre, soit entraînés par des moteurs. En outre, l'invention concerne une procédure avantageuse pour le transport et le chargement et le déchargement de pièces dans la construction de carrosseries de l'industrie automobile.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Transport- sowie Be- und Entladesystem unter Verwendung von fahrerlosen Stauförderern (1) mit eigenem motorischen Antrieb, die entweder über Leitsysteme, durch Fernsteuerung oder auch programmierbar zu den einzelnen Be- und Entladestellen fahren, um hier mit Robotern und/oder anderen Förderern zusammenzuwirken. Die fahrerlosen Stauförderer besitzen flexible Zugmittel, die entweder passiv sind, also keinen eigenen motorischen Antrieb aufweisen, oder aber motorisch angetrieben werden. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung eine vorteilhafte Verfahrensweise zum Transportieren und Be- und Entladen von Bauteilen im Karosseriebau der Kfz-Industrie.
