Title: BACK ELECTRODE OF P-TYPE PERC DOUBLE-SIDED SOLAR CELL AND P-TYPE PERC DOUBLE-SIDED SOLAR CELL
Abstract:
A back electrode of a P-type PERC double-sided solar cell, comprising at least two back silver main gates (1) parallel to each other and a plurality of aluminum gate lines (2) parallel to each other. The aluminum gate lines are perpendicularly connected to the back silver main gates. Two side edges of the back silver main gate are of a toothed structure. The back silver main gates are connected to the aluminum gate lines by means of the toothed structure. Tooth members (11) of the toothed structure overlap the aluminum gate lines. Aluminum grid lugs (12) are provided at a position where the back silver main gates are connected to the aluminum gate lines. Also provided is a P-type PERC double-sided solar cell. The back electrode has a simple structure, is easily industrialized, can effectively enhance contact of the aluminum gate lines with the back silver main gates, and improves the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the cell.
