Abstract:
A bending robot, comprising: an X-axis guide rail (1), a Y-axis guide rail (3), and a Z-axis guide rail (2) perpendicular to one another, the X-axis guide rail being fixedly connected to a machine body; the X-axis guide rail and the Z-axis guide rail are perpendicularly connected by means of a first sliding block (4), the first sliding block being provided with an X-direction sliding block guide rail (6) and a Z-direction sliding block guide rail (7) slidably connected to the X-axis guide and the Z-axis guide rail respectively; a second sliding block (5) is fixedly arranged on the lower end of the Z-axis guide rail, a Y-axis sliding block guide rail (8) slidably connected to the Y-axis guide rail being fixedly arranged on the second sliding block; an A shaft (12) is rotatably connected to the front end of the Y-axis guide rail, a B shaft perpendicular to the A shaft being rotatably connected to the A shaft, a C shaft perpendicular to the B shaft being rotatably connected to the B shaft, and an end executing mechanism (15) being arranged on the front end of the C shaft. During continuous sheet bending machining, the bending robot has accurate and flexible movements and high working efficiency.
