Title: METHOD FOR SCREENING AND IDENTIFYING LIVE ATTENUATED INFLUENZA VACCINE STRAINS
Abstract:
Disclosed are a method for screening and identifying live attenuated influenza vaccine strains, and a method for obtaining candidate viral strains for live attenuated vaccines by means of constructing and screening a high density random insertion mutant library of viral genes mediated by Mu phage transposons. The present invention also develops a set of technical systems for use in systematically evaluating the obtained live attenuated vaccine strains.
