Abstract

A multi-stage graphite crushing tank adopting reciprocating motion, comprising a motor plate (16) and a crushing tank (8). The motor plate (16) is provided with a motor (17) and a jacking rod (20); the motor (17) is provided with a cam (1) and a rotating shaft (2); the rotating shaft (2) drives, by means of the motor (17), the cam (1) to rotate; the jacking rod (20) is provided with a push rod (3) and a limiting bolt (4); the push rod (3) is provided with a limiting groove (5), a spring bolt (18), a spring (19), and an inclined rod (6); the push rod (3) and the cam (1) are disposed on a same horizontal plane; the crushing tank (8) is provided with a feeding opening (9), a first grinding plate (10), a second grinding plate (11), a moving tank (12), a pull rod (7), filtering holes (13), a discharge opening (14), grinding thorns (21), and a cover plate (22); a screw (15) is provided at the top end of the pull rod (7); and the pull rod (7) is connected to the inclined rod (6) by means of the screw (15). By means of the reciprocating motion of the first grinding plate (10) and the second grinding plate (11), the multi-stage graphite crashing tank continuously implements multi-stage grinding on graphite until the graphite meets the requirements, and graphite materials that do not meet requirements can be prevented from mixing in; the grinding is thoroughly completed; the reciprocating motion mode is different from a conventional grinding mode and can meet industrial requirements.

L'invention concerne une cuve de concassage multi-étages de graphite adoptant un mouvement de va-et-vient, comportant une plaque motrice (16) et une cuve (8) de concassage. La plaque motrice (16) comporte un moteur (17) et une tige (20) d'actionnement; le moteur (17) comporte une came (1) et un arbre tournant (2); l'arbre tournant (2) entraîne, au moyen du moteur (17), la came (1) en rotation; la tige (20) d'actionnement comporte un poussoir (3) et un boulon limiteur (4); le poussoir (3) comporte une rainure (5) de limitation, un boulon (18) à ressort, un ressort (19) et une tige inclinée (6); le poussoir (3) et la came (1) sont disposés sur un même plan horizontal; la cuve (8) de concassage comporte une ouverture (9) d'alimentation, une première plaque (10) de broyage, une seconde plaque (11) de broyage, une cuve mobile (12), un tirant (7), des trous (13) de filtration, une ouverture (14) d'évacuation, des éperons (21) de broyage, et une plaque (22) de couverture; une vis (15) est placée à l'extrémité supérieure du tirant (7); et le tirant (7) est relié à la tige inclinée (6) au moyen de la vis (15). Au moyen du mouvement de va-et-vient de la première plaque (10) de broyage et de la seconde plaque (11) de broyage, la cuve de concassage multi-étages de graphite applique de façon continue un broyage multi-étages à du graphite jusqu'à ce que le graphite satisfasse les exigences, et des matériaux de graphite qui ne satisfont pas les exigences peuvent être empêchés de s'incorporer au mélange; le broyage est complètement achevé; le mode avec mouvement de va-et-vient est différent d'un mode de broyage conventionnel et peut satisfaire des exigences industrielles.
