Title: HETEROATOM-SUBSTITUTED BENZOTHIADIAZOLE-BASED POLYMER DONOR MATERIAL, AND PREPARATION METHOD AND APPLICATION THEREOF
Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a heteroatom-substituted benzothiadiazole-based polymer donor material, and a preparation method and an application thereof; the heteroatom-substituted benzothiadiazole-based polymer donor material has the structure represented by formula I; the polymer donor material of the present invention has a wide bandgap, and the bandgap widens as the content of heteroatoms in a benzothiadiazole unit increases such that the open-circuit voltage Voc of a polymer increases, thereby attaining optimized polymer photoelectric energy conversion efficiency. Substituting fluorine, chlorine, cyano, and like heteroatoms on dithiophene causes the open-circuit voltage of the polymer to increase without loss of current, thereby increasing the photoelectric energy conversion efficiency of a solar cell. Using the polymer of the present invention as a donor material makes high-performance solar cells a reality; the present invention optimizes the composition and structure of polymers by means of a method of heteroatom substitution, and optimizes the aggregation of donor and acceptor materials and the morphology of photovoltaic devices, having broad prospects in the application of polymer solar cells.
