Abstract:
Disclosed are a large stone board with a built-in light source and a process for manufacturing same. The large stone board with a built-in light source comprises a light-transmissive composite board (1), wherein the composite board (1) comprises a stone panel (11), a light guide plate (12) and a cellular board (13) stacked from top to bottom, and is characterized in that: water molecule activation protection films (2) are respectively adhered to upper and lower surfaces of the light guide plate (12); the water molecule activation protection film (2) on the upper surface of the light guide plate (12) is adhered to the stone panel (11) by means of an adhesive (3); and the water molecule activation protection film (2) on the lower surface of the light guide plate (12) is adhered to the cellular board (13) by means of the adhesive (3). A water molecule activation protection film (2) is arranged between the light guide plate (12) and the stone panel (11), and between the light guide plate and the cellular board (13). Since the water molecule activation protection films (2) are in a solid state, same are capable of serving the function of bonding the light guide plate (12); moreover, due to the water molecule activation protection film (2) obstructing same, the adhesive (3) on the other side of the water molecule activation protection film (2) is not directly in contact with the light guide plate (12), thus avoiding the problem in the prior art of an adhesive entering, when bonding is carried out, a light guide point in a light guide plate and affecting the light-emitting performance.
